Meet Our Staff

Tom is a graduate of St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing (Pittsburgh/New Castle, PA) and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, BS Health Administration. Prior, he was a Pennsylvania Certified Emergency Medical Technician. He has held the designation of Registered Health Underwriter from the American College and served consulting assignments with the Italian Ministry of Health. Tom is the President of Insurance Solutions Group, a proud partner of the Ron Dunn Agency, and provides consulting and brokerage services in the areas of employee benefits, stop loss services and ancillary benefits.

Bill began his career interning for Erie Insurance as a commercial underwriter in 1990. By 1991 he had become a licensed agent of the Ron Dunn Agency. He earned his LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) designation and holds a Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health License. Bill has held the position of Agency Manager for over 10 years and specializes in writing and servicing commercial insurance.

Chris began his insurance career with Insurance Solutions Group, Inc., a partner of the Ron Dunn Insurance Agency, in November 2015. Chris graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Prior to beginning his insurance career Chris worked in the Security Clearance/Background Investigations field at U.S. Investigation Services and CACI International. Chris is licensed to write and service Life, Accident and Health insurance coverages. He is also actively working toward obtaining his license to write Property & Casualty Insurance.

David Domenick Jr is a managing partner of Capital A Financial & Insurance Associates. David is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he received his B.S. in Finance and Legal Studies. While attending IUP David received his Bloomberg Certifications. Upon graduation David began his career in the financial services industry. In his free time David enjoys spending time with friends and family, and also being active in the community.

David maintains his FINRA Series 7 & 66 securities registrations through Sterne Agee Financial Services. He is also licensed in Life, Accident, & Health insurance.

David Domenick Sr is the senior consultant and a managing partner of Capital A Financial & Insurance Associates. David is responsible for overseeing the design and due diligence of the firm’s asset management and investment strategies. He is adamant in strategic asset allocation for long-term investing and specializes in retirement income distribution strategies. David attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he received his B.S. in Business.

David has maintained his securities license since 1988 and his Life, Accident, & Health insurance license since 1983. David maintains his FINRA Series 6 & 63 securities registrations through Sterne Agee Financial Services.

Joseph Palimino is a managing partner of Capital A Financial & Insurance Associates. Joseph is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he received his B.A. in communications. Prior to forming Capital A Financial & Insurance Associates, Joseph was a district manager for ADP and a banker for The Huntington National Bank. In his free time Joseph volunteers at his family’s business and enjoys being active in the community.

Michael Richards Jr is a managing partner of Capital A Financial & Insurance Associates. Michael is a graduated of Allegheny College, where he received his B.A. in Economics. After graduation, Michael attended Robert Morris University, where he received his Master’s in Business Administration. Prior to forming Capital A Financial & Insurance Associates, Michael worked for BNY Mellon in asset servicing and Henderson Brothers, Inc. In his free time Michael enjoys golfing and spending time with friends & family.

Michael maintains his FINRA Series 6 & 63 securities registrations through Sterne Agee Financial Services.
He also maintains his Life, Accident, & Health insurance license. As well as his Property & Casualty insurance license.
